End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License

MyCar Journal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code.
• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in MyCar Journal, including its software, design, and content, remain the property of the developer.

4. Third-Party Services

MyCar Journal uses third-party services to improve app performance, reliability, and analytics. These services may collect anonymous usage data to help us understand how users interact with the app and identify errors.

In particular, the app uses Google Firebase, which may process certain technical information such as device identifiers, crash logs, and usage data. Use of Firebase is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

By using the app, you agree to the processing of data by these third-party services as described above.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The developer makes no guarantees that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the app.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or the developer. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the app from your device.

8. Changes

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the app after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
