One ERP core that brings hundreds of vendor systems together for a Florida resort club with tens of thousands of members.
Problem
The club has tens of thousands of members and runs hundreds of services.
Those services ran on hundreds of separate programs from different vendors. Making them work as one was very hard and took a lot of staff. The leading property management systems (PMS) all had gaps that their vendors did not fix. To bill members on time and handle bookings and requests, management had to add workarounds and make the business more complicated.
What we built
We built a single ERP system for the club. It merged many small and mid-sized systems into one central core.
Then we connected the third-party systems to that core one by one and tuned each integration.
