AI Agent for Insurance Policy Processing
An AI agent reads insurance policies of up to 150 pages and enters the data into the client's ERP systems. In production since 2026.
Problem
The client insures businesses and property and serves about 100 clients a month.
Policies were processed by hand. One policy can run to 150 pages, listing property, cars, commercial vehicles, machinery and other insured items. Staff read each document and typed the data into their systems. It was slow, and errors were easy to make.
What we built
We built an AI agent that reads the policy documents, extracts the insured items and their details, and enters the data into the client's third-party ERP systems.
